Realtors

Website design for realtors and agents.

Buyers and sellers choose a person, not a logo. A simple personal website shows who you are, the areas you know and how it feels to work with you.

What customers look for

What a good real estate practice website needs.

  • Who you are

A short, honest introduction and a good photo. People want to know who will answer the phone.

  • The areas you know

The towns and neighborhoods you work in, described the way you would describe them to a client.

  • How working with you goes

A short walk-through for buyers and for sellers, so people know what to expect before they call.

  • License and brokerage details, where rules expect them

Your license number and brokerage, placed correctly. You confirm what your state and brokerage require.

What I put on your site

Included on every build.

  • A homepage built for phones first, with a big tap-to-call button
  • Your services, service area and hours stated plainly
  • A simple contact form that sends requests straight to your email
  • Your Google Business Profile link-up, so name, address and phone match everywhere
  • Search basics done right: proper titles, descriptions and page structure
  • Separate pages for buyers and sellers
  • Links out to your brokerage’s listing search, if you want one

How it starts, and what it costs

It starts with a free sample: a live demo of your homepage at its own private link. You look at it, tell me what to change, and decide afterwards. Prices are written down in the pricing section, from $450 for a Starter site at the current founding price. I’m not taking orders or payments yet, because my business registration is still being finalized. Free samples are open now.

Questions

Realtors, answered.

Is this an MLS or listing search site?

No. It is a personal homepage and a few supporting pages. If you want listings, the site can link to your brokerage’s search page.

Can I use my brokerage’s branding?

Tell me what your brokerage requires. I follow your guidelines for logos and disclosures, and you approve the sample before anything is final.

Will the site help me rank on Google?

I set up the fundamentals so search engines can read your site and your listing. Rankings depend on competition, reviews and time, and I do not promise a position.
