What customers look for

What a good notary business website needs.

  • What you notarize

Loan signings, general documents, affidavits, power of attorney. Say what you handle and what you don’t.

  • What to bring

A short checklist, such as a valid photo ID and the unsigned document, saves back-and-forth before the appointment.

  • Where and when you travel

Your service area, hours and how far in advance people should call, stated plainly.

  • Required details in the right place

Your commission and any notices your state requires, placed where they belong. You confirm the exact wording for your state.

What I put on your site

Included on every build.

  • A homepage built for phones first, with a big tap-to-call button
  • Your services, service area and hours stated plainly
  • A simple contact form that sends requests straight to your email
  • Your Google Business Profile link-up, so name, address and phone match everywhere
  • Search basics done right: proper titles, descriptions and page structure
  • A “what to bring” checklist
  • A clear fees and travel note if you want one

How it starts, and what it costs

It starts with a free sample: a live demo of your homepage at its own private link. You look at it, tell me what to change, and decide afterwards. Prices are written down in the pricing section, from $450 for a Starter site at the current founding price. I’m not taking orders or payments yet, because my business registration is still being finalized. Free samples are open now.

Questions

Notaries, answered.

Can the site show my fees?

Yes, if you want it to. Some states set limits on notary fees, so you confirm what you may charge and I word it the way you choose.

Does the site include my commission details?

Yes. Tell me what your state requires and I put it in the right place. I am a web designer, not a lawyer, so you check the final wording.

Can I take online bookings?

The standard setup is a call button and a request form. A link to a scheduling tool you already use can be added.
